Who Is Eligible for AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care (HMO D-SNP)?
You may join AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care if you:
- Have or will soon have Medicare parts A and B.
- Receive Medicaid benefits.
- If you're a Michigan resident living in Macomb, Wayne, or Oakland county.
